I have been up a college for 2 years over 300 miles away from home. My parents and I are super close. I especially miss my daddy. I just miss being home and sharing jokes and laughing at tv shows with him [b/c my mom works nights]. I miss my daddy terribly, not that I dont miss my mom.

how sweet. my daughters will be going to college in a couple of years, its going to break my heart. i am sure they miss you too.yes! it is PERFECTLY OK to miss your parents. let them know how much you miss them. call them or text them often. your parents are so damn lucky to have a child like you. make them proud by doing well on your studies, ok?Of course it's ok!
